Ideas to help me finish with nerve damaged in my lumbar area. 5 spine operations since 2016. So tired of not finishing. Blue pill helps me sustain what I want to do but does not help with finishing. I also get VA disability but much less. If you can afford it, you might have to check with a civilian Dr. or therapist .

If I’m not mistaken, Lidocane restricts blood flow, and reduces feeling/sensation. Either of those seem as though they would be a bad choice to have anywhere near your penis if you are trying to excite the nerve endings in that area in order to cum. Perhaps you need to take a look at what medications you are using and what they are for to see if any of them are contributing to your problems.

 

Have you tried a neurologist?
