If you want to form the taming harem (you lose this if you unlock Camila when Kylie gets arrested) then you have to make sure to not sleep with Kylie before it forms. Otherwise you will be locked out of it. Beyond that I'd suggest saving early and often especially because some girls will spring events on you weren't expecting that result in sex and by extension can lead to a show down you werent expecting.Holy smokes, this helps me a lot. example : if the condition of each character's storyline is met and u did it. (lovepoint or/and kinkpoint max set to 50)
when another week has passed if didn't do it. character's lovepoint & kinkpoint are gonna decreasing at the beginning of the week (it's ok cuz i failed to make it met) and it should has limit of that like can't go below max set -5 points. (can't go below 45)

it is not the office harem, it should be the Cassidy main path mission , you must missed the Party(will introduce you to Cherie) on SAT:

Mike visits the party and talks to Cassidy's stepmother Cherie. They talk for a while and before she leaves she asks Mike for his name.
There would be a appointment(Check on MobilePhone) at 16:00 on SAT, named High School Reunion(Alexis), join it on time
As soon as you click the button for the appointment, the game tells you that you have missed it. The event plays out but is registered as failed.

I got tired of it so deleted the game, figured I'd try to continue w the next release or maybe later.

sorry if I wasn't clear, I go to the appointment but it tells me I wasn't there and then I do the event, this results in stopping the cassidy path

No. This game DOES NOT HAVE a 100% save because there are mutually exclusive routes. Any save you get will necessarily be missing some stuff.
